Summer plans

So, my summer is looking pretty chill from where I sit.

Okay, so I was going to take a summer class but... It turned out it was going to be more money than I could spend and more reading than this dyslexic child could do (unless I quick my job for the month of June and did not hang out with any of my friends...Lame. Yes). Thus, I dropped my summer class. It looks like I might still be able to graduate with my AA by next may anyway though. If not, I guess I am in Nebraska until December 2009.

With no longer having a summer class, and few hours at work, I am now going to have a lot of free time (something I have not had the last two semesters!). Thoughts: I almost feel like I must get a second job not to be a bum. At the same time, I really want to do art and write and hang out with people this summer as much as possible. Hmm.... If I get a second job, I would want it to have very few hours.

Some exciting happenings of the summer:
-People being home (and by Home I mean NE)
-The Galbraiths coming (one of the missionary families we worked with in Belgium [make me miss Belgium 10times more])
-Jennifer coming back to the USA (my big sis has been in Mexico)
-hanging out with friends
-talk of camping trips

Yeah, I am sure there is more.

[I have been to Martha's like everyday this week... I am really hoping she is not tired of me]

And only ashore is it useless

All too often, it is the church that creates cultures in which people feel compelled to have it all together and, therefore, to pretend - Pete Greig

I haven’t noticed God to require
Perfection

I have observed however
That those used by God
Weren’t content with their present state of imperfection
